The MEEDEN advent calendar 2026 (MEEDEN 24-Day Christmas Art Advent Calendar, model BM-0105) is a 24-day art and craft countdown: one individually packed gift a day from December 1, mixing painting, drawing and Christmas DIY, with a QR code to a tutorial for each day. This page covers what MEEDEN says is inside, how the daily tutorials work, who it suits, and which MEEDEN store sells it where you live. For the other 2026 calendars side by side, see my art advent calendars 2026 roundup.
Research-based, not hands-on tested: I don’t own this calendar. Contents and specs come from MEEDEN’s US listing. Stock checked October 31, 2026 on MEEDEN’s US, UK, EU and Australian stores. My method.
The short answer
- Is it worth it? Yes, if the person likes trying a bit of everything: watercolor, acrylic, oil pastels, markers and Christmas crafts, one short project a day with a video to follow. No, if they work in one medium with supplies they chose themselves.
- What’s inside: MEEDEN names the supply types (paints, oil pastels, acrylic markers, fineliners, brushes, paper and craft materials) but keeps each day’s gift a surprise.
- Where to buy: MEEDEN’s own stores in the US, UK, EU and Australia, all in stock on October 31, 2026. The Shop at MEEDEN button below picks the store for your country.
What’s inside the MEEDEN advent calendar 2026
MEEDEN deliberately does not reveal the order of the 24 gifts, so this is the list as MEEDEN gives it, not a day-by-day inventory. Per MEEDEN’s US listing:
- Paintingwatercolor and acrylic painting materials.
- Drawing and coloringoil pastels, acrylic markers and fineliners.
- Brushesbrushes and art accessories for different techniques.
- Paperpaper and other surfaces for drawing, painting and decorating.
- Holiday craftsDIY materials for handmade Christmas decorations and festive projects.
- Boxa double-door gift box holding 24 individually packed, numbered gifts; 44.5 × 33.5 × 16 cm and 3.9 kg.
MEEDEN recommends it for art lovers, crafters, DIY fans and families, on your own or shared.
How MEEDEN’s daily QR tutorials work
Each day’s project comes with an online tutorial instead of a printed sheet. Per MEEDEN’s listing, the routine is:
- Start on December 1. Find the gift numbered for the day.
- Open only today’s gift. The rest stay sealed so each day is still a surprise.
- Scan the QR code. The code in the set opens MEEDEN’s tutorial page, organized by day.
- Follow that day’s tutorial. You see only the project for the gift you opened, so later days aren’t spoiled.
If you are looking for a specific day’s tutorial in December, it is on that page under its day number: scan the set’s QR code again to reach it.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
It suits:
- A beginner or casual painter who wants to try several media before buying full sets.
- A couple, teen or family who want a short creative session together each evening.
- Gift buyers who don’t know which medium the recipient prefers: it covers painting, drawing and crafts at once.
Skip it if:
- The recipient paints in one medium with brands they chose; open-stock supplies from my gifts for artists guide go further.
- You want to see every item before buying: MEEDEN keeps the contents a surprise.
- They mainly draw with markers; Ohuhu’s marker calendar fits better.

Worth knowing
- Advent calendars are meant to open starting December 1, so order in November before seasonal stock runs out.
- Because the 24 gifts are surprise unboxings, the listing names supply types rather than every individual piece.

More from MEEDEN
Three MEEDEN studio pieces are in my own kit (MEEDEN sent them to me for free; the reviews are my own): the 14-well ceramic palette, the H-frame tabletop easel and the ceramic brush wash bowl. They are a year-round alternative if you would rather gift one lasting tool than a countdown.
Questions
Is the MEEDEN advent calendar 2026 worth it?
It is worth it for someone who enjoys variety: per MEEDEN’s listing, the 24 gifts span watercolor and acrylic painting, oil pastels, acrylic markers, fineliners, brushes, paper and Christmas craft materials, each with a day’s tutorial. For an artist who works in one medium, a focused set from the brand they already use is better value.
What is inside the MEEDEN advent calendar 2026?
MEEDEN lists watercolor and acrylic painting materials, oil pastels, acrylic markers, fineliners, brushes and art accessories, paper and creative surfaces, and DIY materials for Christmas decorations, in 24 individually packed, numbered gifts. It does not publish which gift is behind which day.
Where are the MEEDEN advent calendar daily tutorials?
Scan the QR code included in the set. It opens MEEDEN’s online tutorial page, organized by day, so you open that day’s gift first and then follow its project without seeing the later ones.
Does the HOONGANA code work on the MEEDEN advent calendar?
HOONGANA gives up to 12% off at MEEDEN’s stores, and MEEDEN’s checkout decides which items it covers. Add the calendar to your cart and enter the code to see whether it applies.
Can you buy the MEEDEN Adventskalender 2026 in Germany?
Yes. Readers in Germany, the rest of the EU, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland are sent to MEEDEN’s EU store, priced in euros with VAT included, where the calendar (BM-0105) was in stock on October 31, 2026.
